Bob W. Kamppi
In the very heart of Helsinki, in a former 1970s office building, Bob W Kamppi opens its doors. This is not a conventional hotel, but a new-generation accommodation concept that combines the reliability of a hotel with the flexibility of Airbnb. Each Bob W location is unique. In Kamppi’s 99 rooms, the atmosphere is shaped by raw 1970s aesthetics, warm tones, and Helsinki-inspired design.

Wanha Haapaniemi
Located in the heart of Haapaniemi in Kuopio, the century-old so-called “cuckoo clock houses” were given a new lease of life through an extensive renovation project.
The bathrooms of these historically valuable log houses were furnished with Finnish-made bathroom furniture from Polaria, combining a restrained design language suited to traditional architecture with excellent resistance to moisture.

HOAS Vanha Talvitie
HOAS’s (Foundation for student housing in the Helsinki region) new student apartments are designed with a strong emphasis on sustainability and comfort. The buildings will also feature inviting common areas: multipurpose club rooms, laundry facilities suitable for both socializing and studying, and cozy sauna spaces.

A traditional HVAC renovation was carried out in a three-stairwell apartment building located in Inkilänmäki, Kuopio, during which the bathrooms were completely renewed.

On Riihitontuntie in Niittykumpu, Espoo, there are 272 modern student apartments offering a comfortable and functional home for students, located right next to the Niittykumpu metro station. Most of the apartments are studios, but the selection also includes one-bedroom apartments as well as a few spacious two-bedroom homes with stunning glazed balconies. The property is also suitable for families with children.

Kuopas Kampus Masto
Kuopio Student House Company Kuopas’s 12-storey Kampus Masto is located on the shore of Lake Kallavesi in Kuopio, right next to the university, the university of applied sciences, and the vocational institute.
The building comprises 128 apartments, including studios and one-bedroom apartments. The project is a new development completed in 2025.

HOAS Hietapellontie
HOAS Hietapellontie in Helsinki received a facelift in 2020. The bathrooms were renewed, kitchen cupboards and wardrobes were repaired and floors were replaced.
Lumena mirror cabinet with ligt can easily be the only source of light in the bathroom. Wash basin cabinet Laval is a stylish and functional cabinet in a bathroom. Laval has a drawer with an integrated soft-close mechanism and cast marble wash basin.

Jollaksentie 87 is a rental property owned by Heka, located in the pleasant Jollas area of Helsinki. The property’s 52 apartments underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2022. Waterproof, Finnish-made bathroom furniture from Polaria was selected for the bathrooms.
