Hoas Vanha Talvitie, Helsinki
HOAS’s (Foundation for student housing in the Helsinki region) new student apartments are designed with a strong emphasis on sustainability and comfort. The buildings will also feature inviting common areas: multipurpose club rooms, laundry facilities suitable for both socializing and studying, and cozy sauna spaces. Polaria’s products are installed in the apartments’ bathroom areas.
