Lempäälän Vuokrakodit Oy’s Saikanportti is a 34-apartment residential building where practical layouts, high-quality materials and a strong sense of community come together. The four-storey rental apartment building offers homes ranging from compact studios to spacious four-bedroom family apartments. Saikanportti was completed in Lempäälä’s new Saikka district as part of the 2026 Housing Fair.
The bathrooms at Saikanportti feature Polaria’s white Stila washbasin cabinets and Nora mirror cabinets with light. Their timeless design complements a wide range of interior styles while standing the test of changing living trends.

Hotel Bob W. Kamppi, Helsinki, Finland
In the heart of Helsinki, Finland, in a former 1970s office building, Bob W Kamppi opens its doors. This is not a conventional hotel, but a new-generation accommodation concept that combines the reliability of a hotel with the flexibility of Airbnb. Each Bob W location is unique.
In Kamppi’s 99 rooms, the atmosphere is shaped by raw 1970s aesthetics, warm tones, and Helsinki-inspired design.

Wanha Haapaniemi
Located in the heart of Haapaniemi in Kuopio, the century-old so-called “cuckoo clock houses” were given a new lease of life through an extensive renovation project.
The bathrooms of these historically valuable log houses were furnished with Finnish-made bathroom furniture from Polaria, combining a restrained design language suited to traditional architecture with excellent resistance to moisture.

HOAS Vanha Talvitie
HOAS’s (Foundation for student housing in the Helsinki region) new student apartments are designed with a strong emphasis on sustainability and comfort. The buildings will also feature inviting common areas: multipurpose club rooms, laundry facilities suitable for both socializing and studying, and cozy sauna spaces.
